Hatha Yoga
Suitable for all levels
Hatha is a patent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions wihin yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.
Gentle Yoga
Suitable for all levels
A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
Basic Yoga  Yoga Foundations
Good choice for beginners, great for all levels
This class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, discovering the through-line that runs in yoga asana. Learn proper alignment, where to focus effort and where to find release, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa class, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
Yin Yoga
Suitable for all levels
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga as its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will open and release areas in need of more.
Restorative Yoga
